The WTV series audio testing equipment is an audio analysis device launched by our company specifically for RCV/MIC hole inspection of front cover raw materials. It adopts a unique sealed detection method for conventional airtightness and channel abnormality detection, enabling it to identify extremely subtle differences from the target object. Currently, this series of equipment has been applied to mobile phones of multiple mainstream domestic brands, with strong market response.
Inspection Content:
• MIC foam misalignment, wall climbing;
• MIC foam damage, deformation, not activated;
• Rubber sleeve damage, deformation;
• Waterproof breathable membrane / breathable membrane misalignment, missed waste discharge;
• Waterproof breathable membrane / breathable membrane damage;
• MIC hole blockage, perforation;
• MIC hole burrs, flashes (interception effectiveness varies with different front cover structures);
• Poor sealing between rubber sleeve and breathable membrane;
• Missing rubber sleeve / MIC foam.
