Designed for testing the noise of automotive brake pedal modules. By testing the sound levels generated during product use, the testing system automatically identifies abnormal noise (measuring sound pressure level dB and frequency component FFT analysis), ensuring product noise meets industry standards, satisfies customer requirements, and improves product quality and stability.
Parameter Requirements:
a. Use industrial microphones to measure product noise, with a testing distance of 0.5m.
b. Meet testing conditions: Under normal working conditions, clamping force from 0KN to maximum clamping force (100KN/s slope), then release, process repeated 3 times (≤55dB); ABS working condition clamping and release repeated 3 times, step slope (≤60dB); parking working condition clamping and release repeated 3 times (≤55dB). Collect and judge the noise requirements of these 3 working conditions.
c. Meet testing specifications: Normal working condition, requirement ≤55dB; ABS working condition, requirement ≤60dB; Parking working condition, requirement ≤55dB.
d. Equipment is equipped with overload protection, over-temperature protection, leakage protection, protective grounding, and other related safety measures.
e. Soundproof box performance parameters: External ≤80dB (A), internal ≤30dB (A).
