Equipment Background:
CCS technology has evolved into multiple forms such as PCB, FPC, FFC, and FCC. Structural complexity, material diversification, and stringent precision requirements (e.g., solder joint tolerances must be controlled within ±0.1mm) pose severe challenges to manufacturing processes. Traditional manual inspection methods cannot meet high-precision requirements. The CCS busbar defect visual inspection project, through the integration of high-precision optical sensing, intelligent algorithms, and automated control, has achieved full-process empowerment from positioning, recognition, and assembly monitoring to final quality determination and data management, becoming an indispensable intelligent manufacturing solution for ensuring high-reliability and high-consistency production of power batteries.
Equipment Principle:
This inspection system integrates advanced technologies such as 3D line laser scanning and multi-spectral illumination, adapts to various CCS processes, and achieves ±0.02mm-level high-precision defect detection. Relying on AI algorithms for intelligent defect identification, it combines the advantages of flexibility, high efficiency, and closed-loop data control. The visual inspection project covers key appearance defects in the entire busbar production process, as well as comprehensive inspection of surface crush marks, copper exposure, and laser weld defects such as repair welding, ghosting, scorching, desoldering, and cracks.
Equipment Implementation Effect:
This system achieves precise monitoring of welding points and connection points in busbar products, automatically identifying weld defects (minimum defect recognition precision: 0.02mm²; alignment deviation: ±0.03mm), ensuring three-dimensional precision. It links with laser welding to form closed-loop quality control, improving efficiency and reducing labor costs, providing solid quality assurance for power battery and energy storage busbar production.
