The fully automatic inkjet printer picks materials from a vibration bowl via a manipulator and places them onto the workstation. Through fiber optic sensing, inkjet printing is performed once the product reaches the inkjet position. After inkjet printing is completed, the product reaches the bin; the quantity of products loaded in the bin can be set, and once full, they are automatically transferred to the subsequent bin. The dual vibration bowl design also improves production efficiency.
