The Weiqiang Fully Automatic Helium Leak Detection Equipment adopts helium mass spectrometry tracer technology, enabling quantitative and precise measurement of the total leakage rate of workpieces. The detection accuracy can reach 10⁻⁶–10⁻¹² mbar·L/s, capable of capturing micron-level tiny pore leaks. It is far superior to water immersion and differential pressure leak detection, and is suitable for batch sealing judgment of seals such as energy storage PACKs, motor housings, valves, pipelines, and battery cells. Equipped with a mobile scanning sniffer probe, it automatically traverses easily leaking areas such as welds, interfaces, sealing rings, and threaded holes, precisely locking the specific location of single-point leaks for convenient repair without scrapping the entire workpiece. It supports automatic switching among three mainstream leak detection modes: vacuum chamber spray method, internal helium-filling sniffer method, and back-pressure method, adapting to workpieces of different sizes, hollow types, and cavity types.
Automatic grading: Large leaks are directly judged as unqualified with rapid pressure relief; micro leaks are precisely quantified; ultra-small leaks are judged through long-term stable sampling. It will not get stuck in the detection process due to incomplete vacuum pumping caused by large leaks, and features a built-in large-leak warning and skip mechanism.
This equipment is automatic testing equipment that can connect to production lines/manipulators, automatically conveying workpieces, with automatic vacuum door locking, positioning and clamping, and automatic sealing fixture fitting. After testing is completed, workpieces are automatically released, and qualified products are automatically unloaded. It requires no manual attendance throughout the process and can run continuously 24 hours a day.
