Traditional airtightness testing requires manual or robotic positioning and sealing of workpiece pipe openings, resulting in poor consistency and low efficiency. The integrated inspection workstation equipped with 2D/3D machine vision systems can automatically identify workpiece models, locate inspection hole positions, and use servo mechanisms for precise automatic sealing without manual intervention. Vision simultaneously identifies shell weld defects, burrs, and assembly misalignment, while the airtightness system simultaneously determines leakage values. The two sets of inspection data are bound to the same workpiece code and stored in MES, enabling full-process quality traceability for a single battery pack, with the false detection rate reduced to below 2%.
